Statute 21-4208: Failure to register receipt of explosives.
Failure to register receipt of explosives is the omission, by any person
to whom delivery of any quantity of explosive or other detonating substance
is made, to acknowledge the receipt thereof by signing his name in the
register provided in section 21-4207 (2) on the page where the record of
such delivery is entered.
Failure to register receipt of explosives is a class C misdemeanor.
