Statute 21-4102: Unlawful assembly.
(a) Unlawful assembly is the meeting or coming together of not less than
five persons for the purpose of engaging in conduct constituting either
disorderly conduct, as defined by
K.S.A. 21-4101 and
amendments thereto, or a riot, as defined by
K.S.A. 21-4104 and amendments
thereto, or when in a lawful
assembly of not less than five
persons, agreeing to engage in such conduct.
(b) Unlawful assembly is a class B nonperson misdemeanor.
