Statute 21-3206: Corporations; criminal responsibility.
(1) A corporation is criminally responsible for acts committed by its
agents when acting within the scope of their authority.
(2) "Agent" means any director, officer, servant, employee or other
person who is authorized to act in behalf of the corporation.
