Statute 21-2506: Same; construction of act.
It is hereby declared that this act is for the public safety, peace and
welfare of the state, is remedial in nature, shall be construed liberally,
and in case any part thereof shall be declared unconstitutional it shall
not in any way affect any other part hereof.
