Statute 21-2505: Same; nonperformance of duties; penalty.
Neglect or refusal of any officer
to furnish the
information or perform any other act or duty required of the officer
under
K.S.A. 21-2501, 21-2501a, 21-2502, 21-2503 or 21-2504, and amendments thereto,
is a class A nonperson misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, the officer
shall forfeit the officer's office.
